I had retuned modem but money was deducted and never retuned, Could you please check and let me know when and how it will be returned.

DHL, Shipment number 0034x

We already have your customer data, so I could check it out right away.
The modem came back well after the deadline, so it was charged. However, I have now credited the amount. You will find this on the next invoice.
