Vodafone doesn't correct router delivery address and DHL doesn't allow changing delivery address

Hello,
I need urgent help.

Here is the background:

  1. I mistakenly put the wrong packstation code to the router delivery address
  2. DHL returned the router to Vodafone
  3. I contacted Vodafone to change my delivery address. They said it wasn't necessary because I can change the packstation code on DHL website (see attachment Vodafone1)
  4. Vodafone shipped the router for a second time.
  5. I contacted DHL to change the packstation code because it wasn't possible to change it on their website. DHL told me packstation code can't be changed (see attachment DHL)
  6. I've contacted Vodafone again. They are saying I should contact DHL. I've told that I already have but they don't listen.

What should I do now?

Thanks

In short: Make sure from the beginning that the package is sent to the correct packing station - a subsequent change (when in transit) is not possible

Basically in point 4 you make sure it goes to the right packing station - if not - another tour

DHL doesn't redirect, Vodafone says they do and doesn't change the delivery address. I don't know what to do.

I am already speaking with somebody on Whatsapp. The first employee didn't change the delivery address, and sent the package to the wrong address despite my request to change. Now I am speaking with another Vodafone employee and I guess he/she doesn't understand the situation either. Keeps telling me to contact DHL and DHL says they doesn't do redirection for these shipments.

You know what the other funny thing is: I filled out the contact form to change my delivery address. They replied saying "contact our twitter account or facebook account". None of those facebook/twitter accounts are active. Joking I guess.

This is quite interesting, you know who made money out of this mess? DHL and Telekom. DHL because they'll ship this for the third time (despite my objections to Vodafone), Telekom because I'll keep buying their daily data pack services because I don't have internet. Do you know who didn't benefit from this? Me and Vodafone.

This is really unbelievable.

I am curios - did you request the adress change while something was still in transit? to you and back?

What i learned - when a process - even partiacially - is still open they handle such things not in "the best way".

And just to make sure we are on the same page: When in transit - even back to VF - no changes.

I got you, I am not trying to change something that is in transit. I've been trying to change the next shipment's delivery address.
