Vodafone doesn't correct router delivery address and DHL doesn't allow changing delivery address

Hello,
I need urgent help.
Here is the background:
- I mistakenly put the wrong packstation code to the router delivery address
- DHL returned the router to Vodafone
- I contacted Vodafone to change my delivery address. They said it wasn't necessary because I can change the packstation code on DHL website (see attachment Vodafone1)
- Vodafone shipped the router for a second time.
- I contacted DHL to change the packstation code because it wasn't possible to change it on their website. DHL told me packstation code can't be changed (see attachment DHL)
- I've contacted Vodafone again. They are saying I should contact DHL. I've told that I already have but they don't listen.
What should I do now?

The customer service employee I spoke on Dec 23rd told me that he/she corrected the delivery address for the third shipment. I wanted to double check that so I've just contacted the customer service. Turns out, it wasn't corrected and hopefully now it has been corrected. I'll see.
