I am writing to seek clarification regarding my order for Gigazuhause 250. I was informed by vodafone customer service (I called them to ask the status of my order ) that a technician will visit my home to deliver and set up the router. However, I also received an email (at afternoon) from Vodafone stating that the router would be sent via DHL.
This has caused some confusion on my part, and I would appreciate your assistance in confirming whether the technician will indeed bring the router or if it will be delivered by DHL as initially mentioned.
