Hi
My router was sent before the relocation date to the new address and it was returned to Vodafone due to unsuccessful delivery.
Technician appointment is tomorrow and there is not device with me yet.
Please deliver the device and reschedule the appointment.
Called the customer care but could not connect to an english speaking operator.

which German state do you come from? Is it a DSL or cable contract?

I ordered for new connection with vodafone DSL, the router was sent twice but i was unable to collect. how long do i have time to request again? will my contract goes cancel if i was unable to collect router after certain time?
