Hello,

I recently make a contract(Cable) with Vodafone through Check24, where I  selected a cable connection contract based on available information showed in the check 24 website. However, upon the delivery of the cable router to my apartment, it became apparent that its not possible to connect it.  Consequently, I promptly contacted Vodafone to modify the contract, opting for a DSL connection instead.

I now need guidance on the process of returning the cable router. Could you please provide instructions on how to initiate the return? Additionally, I would like to inquire about scheduling a technician to set up the DSL connection. What steps should I follow to arrange an appointment for this service?
