Hi, I have moved to new address and raised Umzug request for Vodafone connection. But at new location, we have only 175MB DSL speed, I requested for cancellation and returned the router as well. I am chasing for last 2 months and still I am paying for un used connection. I have visited Vodafone station as well but no help. Please help.

Hello DheerajP,
if we are also available at your new address, we cannot cancel your contract. A move will then be entered and the contract will continue to run. You only have a special right of termination if we are not available at the new address.
