Greetings.
Another one foreigner trying to not give up on horrible customer support by vodafone.
After all time spent listening to this dennis lloyd song just to hear that customer support doesn't speak english and hangs up.
After finally stumbling upon some one willing to do something, a ticket was created and some hope appeared.
Ticket was just closed without anything being done.
I need some one to explain to me the following:
1. Why ticket 003-0572394 was closed without my confirmation that everything works?
2. Why no one checks if returned device works upon return, also why there were no cable included?
3. How can I finally get rid of that constantly blinking red light "internet"?????

Contractual language in Germany is German - support in English is available via WhatsApp, though. Here you are in a customer-to-customer forum, no individual support is available here. So: use WhatsApp, from the Tobi-Bot there request a „Kundenberater“ repeatedly until you get forwarded. Then you will need patience, it is no live chat, requests are worked on in chronological order.

The situation overall is a joke, this attitude is another joke.
