Dear Vodafone,
I cancelled the contract since November 2017 I moved out.
I think it was a mistake that you changed my address and still asked for paybills per month. I have paied Nov., Dec., Jan. and Feb without using any Internet from Vodafone.
I was really sad that I had to call you to cancelled the contract twice and I was told the contract was cancelled in March.
But I still receive the bill every month. And now it grows to 130 Euro and please tell me what should I do.

Hi Grit,
I would be very sorry that I could not install the Internet in my new address because of the regulation here.
I am not sure about the order for the router. Could you please cancel the order?
Thomas will update the cancellation with the contract.

the cancellation is processed automatically due to the failure of the installation. However, this will take a little longer, as the circumstances will be examined in more detail. If you do not receive a confirmation by the end of next week, please contact us here.
The order set by Grit is then canceled.

I received an email today (See below). Does that mean I cancel the contract already? Would you please tell me what should I do next?

Hi YQQQQ,
it means we terminated the contract. So everything is as already written. The installation was not possible and therefore the contract was terminated.
