I cancelled the contract but got "Zweite Mahnung"for bill

Dear Vodafone,

I cancelled the contract since November 2017 I moved out.

I think it was a mistake that you changed my address and still asked for paybills per month. I have paied Nov., Dec., Jan. and Feb without using any Internet from VodafoneSmiley (wütend) 

 

I was really sad that I had to call you to cancelled the contract twice and I was told the contract was cancelled in March.

 

But I still receive the bill every month. And now it grows to 130 Euro and please tell me what should I do.

that the contract cannot be terminated earlier if it can still be used at the new address, Lars had already informed you in January. This has not changed either.

 

As far as I know, you are not the owner of the contract, so I need a power of attorney if you want a new router. These must be completed and signed by the contract holder. Send me the completed power of attorney, the name, the old address, the new address, the customer number and the link to the contribution in a private message.

 

For the shipping of the new device, we charge a one-time fee of 14.99 Euro.

 

Please do not post any more private data publicly!

What kind od contract are you speaking from?

Please be aware that the 3-month-period for landline contracts starts with the date that you move or with the date that you provide written proof about moving to Vodafone - the later of the two counts. And the contract will only be cancalled if it is impossible to realize your contract at the new location (so if you had a cable contract at the old location and cable is available at your new place, you cannot cancel the contract - it will move! Same applies for DSL).

For mobile contracts, there is no such 3 months period, even if you move abroad.

It seems that either your cancellation has not reached Vodafone or that you did not provide proof of movement or that your old contract is available at your new address so that it also moved with you.

The letter tells you to pay the outstanding 130 Euros (last 4 months?), otherwise Vodafone will take legal action against you for not paying for the still existing contract. Please be warned that this might incur additional cost for you - so you should have contacted Vodafone at a much earlier time to clarify the whole situation...

I phoned the Kundenservice and my contract was canceled but it is 2-years long so I need to pay that until the end of Oct. 2018. And I just paied for that 130 Euro.

 

Here comes another problem. I want to continue using the Vodafone Internet but I sent the Route back to the company in March 2018. How could I get the Route back to my current address? Could you please help me with that?

Sorry, but I cannot help you in getting back the Router - I am also only a customer as you are...

You'll have to wait for one of the Mods here - they may have a look into your contract and may tell you what went wrong so far.

And I know my contract is still working. But I sent back to you the router and I phoned the company I could get my router back.

I am the owner of the contract and I will send you my information.
