Hello, I've have ordered a new DSL connection on the 25.02, Vodafone performed some background check and gave me the option to choose a day, which I chose the 17.03. Since they haven't sent any message ever since, I've checked the status of the order to find this. No one called me ever since, no information for the shipment of the device I've rented either, I have no clue whether the technician will be here or not. There is currently an active Vodafone connection at the apartment, from the former tenant, which I'm using, but since he had cancelled, I couldn't take it over. Trying to call the 0800 or the using the chatbot just won't do, since the bot doesn't understand English and I don't speak German. What do I do now? Or what can I do? Is there a way to not be left in the dark besides the "we're checking it internally" thing? I kinda need the connection ASAP and would be lovely if Vodafone told me in the very first place they had some whatever problem with the connection.

Who would've guessed my question would be ignored and I'd receive some whatever automated answer because I'm not asking it in german. Classic.
