Hi,
As I said in previous times, I do not live longer in Germany and I need to cancel my subscription. PLEASE CANCEL IT, I CANNOT CANCEL IT IN THE WEBPAGE. I tried to contact the customer service but they point me to use this forum.

There are so many threads describing what you have to do...
Send a written cancellation (IN GERMAN!) including an official document providing proof that you left Germany to the customer service postal address. The contract will then be ended 3 months after either the date that your cancellation has been received or the date that you moved (depending on which is later).
Please also keep in mind that you'll have to send back any rental hardware in time -and- that you'll have to pay for these additional 3 months.
Just be advised: This only applies for landline contracts - it's not possible to prematurely end mobile contracts.

You have to enter your new adress and may need a written prove of your relocation.

what does "As I said in previous times" mean? Did you give notice in writing or did you announce the move?
Send me your name, the old address, the customer number, the new address and your date of birth in a private message, then I'll take a look at it. Contact me here again when you have sent the PN.
