Where can i send my router after end of contract??

Hi community,

Please help!!!!!
I am leaving Germany tomorrow, and I still have a router from my internet contract. Where can i send it??
I also need to cancel my contract, but i did not receive my abmeldung confirmation yet, can it be done without?

Hey Anders,

normally you'll get all information in time in the cancellation confirmation. Our logistics center does not accept returns before the end of the contract. The contract must therefore be terminated. That's the norm. I have made an exception for you. Further information you have got via pm.
