Received faulty router( Vodafone station)  from Vodafone for cable internet connection  , the power  LED light is not coming up after plugging all required cables.

Please help to replace the faulty router at earliest

was macht denn die Power LED? blinkt sie?

wenn ja, ist nicht die Vodafone Station defekt, sondern es gibt ein Problem mit deinem Anschluss 

kontaktiere den Support und melde dass die Selbstinstallation fehlgeschlagen ist 

The vodafone station LED is not flushing at all , it seems the router is completely unresponsive.

We have checked the connection of powersocket, it is working fine with other appliances, only the vodafone station is dead.

Auchmal den Schalter auf der Rückseite eingeschaltet?

Yes tried to on the back switch multiple times also tried the reset button option but nothing is working.kindly help to  get this replace.

Already tried whatsapp in the shared number.

It did not help , ultimately routing to the digital assistant - TOBI and there is no resolution.

Can you please support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

While I am trying to check with TOBI - digital assistant , Inhave additionally booked a service at local vodafone shop for help.

Do you have any idea if that cost me additional money for service by people at vodafone shop as this is completely a issue from Vodafone for a new customer ?
