There have been so many problems with Vodafone during the last three years. A week ago, internet started being unavailable or very slow again. On the Störung page, there are active tickets Kabel Störung and Ruckwegstörung. The support is not reachable, the phone number only gives a dumb robot which cannot understand me. The Tobi chat bot also does not understand what I want, it forces a useless wizard telling to restart the router, but I cannot ask for a compensation, more traffic on my cell tariff or a mobile hotspot.
I am using my mobile data to work from home. In the meantime, Vodafone charges me for the service as if everything is fine. This is unfair. I want to cancel the contract immediately. How can I do it?

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
