Hello,
I received a new cable router and am now unable to connect to my VPN for work. I contacted the IT support through work and they informed me that I need to access the router's port forwarding settings to fix the problem. I cannot find this information on the router configuration settings. All I see is the option to turn the firewall on or off. If I turn it off, the VPN works but I do not want it always turned off. Please help.
