Port forwarding in my vodafone station

Hello,

I am new to the Community and hope I can get help from somebody, the Vodafone help and tech center couldn't help me at all.

I have a Vodafone station at home and asked vodafone to enable my public IP address to have port-forwarding enabled in the Vodafone Station.

After that, the feature is enabled and I successfully set it up and I can connect to my PC whenever I am not at home.

But the problem is, the port-forwarding doesn't work when I am at home and connected to the Vodafone Station(via LAN or WIFI).

I do expect it to work because I previously had the Fritzbox and the port-forwarding always worked whether I did connected to the same Fritzbox or I was out of house.

I guess there should be some problem with the IP-Table inside the Vodafone Station that doesn't route the packets to the right IP:Port defined in the Vodafone Station. I do not have access to its underlying OS therefore I cannot fix the problem myself.

It seems the Vodafone help center also cannot understand my problem and now asked me to pay ca. 100 euros that somebody can come to my house to fix the problem, seems they think I have misconfiguration or incorrect setup, but everything is fine and I did check all multiple times.

Appreciate it if someone could help me here, this is my last resort.

Thanks in advance!

This feature is not supported by the Vodafone Station.
