I got router, but not able to install it. Customer care dont understand English. I don't know German.

 

I cant use the router. I cant cancel the contract. No one responds to emails.

 

What should I do?

As i am not able to call the hotline in German, what options do I have now?

As @Kurtler and I already said:

Either ask someone that speaks German to call the hotline (which is usally the faster way)

-OR-

wait for a moderator (but this can take some days).

I called at 08005266625. They say to call Cableway. Cableway say go to website. This a big joke in the name of contract.

I'm wondering that you are redirected to CableWay - as CableWay can only do something for you if you already got a ticket ID...

 

As this is the initial setup, try calling the 0800/2787000 and tell them that the self-install has failed. Usually they are the ones that make the appointments. The number 0800/5266625 is in case of an error with an already working line that stopped working.

Now you understand my problem. They gave me a ticket id as well to share with cableway. I am hoping the moderator is available soon to help me out here.

If you already have a ticket ID for CableWay, then you should call them and/or use their webpage to make the technician appointment.

Please share link of the page where i can make the appointment with cableway.
