I got router, but not able to install it. Customer care dont understand English. I don't know German.

 

I cant use the router. I cant cancel the contract. No one responds to emails.

 

What should I do?

Thanks to you all, my wifi is working now. One more question, how much will I have to pay per month? Is there a limit of data we can use? How to change my current contract? I got one more device which is for TV, i guess. But i wont be using it. Can i return it?

the contract has not changed. You pay what you ordered. There is no data limit. You can manage and change the current contract in the customer portal. You received the access data with the order confirmation by post. The receiver belongs to your contract. The revocation period has expired. You can cancel it at the end of the contract.

I got these two bills for January. I just want the router for wifi. 

Why are there 2 bills? I don't want Gigatv device. I don't want to be surprised by a bill for services which I am not using.

Fred, I am not asking about contract cancellation. I just want to know if I can return the gigatv box, as I didnt ask for it and I will be paying for it unnecessarily.
