Box keeps rebooting

Hello, 

I have a situation since yesterday evening (04.10.2020)  my box keeps rebooting randomly (every 2, 5, 20 min...), I tried to reboot manually the box but nothing work, it's not stable at all. I don't know what to do. Can you help me, I'm working from home, it's a huge problem for me.

Hi,

try a factory reset.

Hold reset with a paperclip for at least 20 sec, then wait 5-10 mins.

Hi Robert thank you for the fast reply, 

It doesn't work unfortunately, same issue, the box connect then disconnect every 5 min. 

I have a Compal CH7466CE since more than 2 years now, no problem until yesterday. 

Do you have by any chance another idea of the problem ?

that could have two reasons:

1 your Router ist broken

2 a problem with your connection

wait for a moderator, he can check this for you.

It'd be wonderful to have a moderator to check this out, thank you very much Robert. 

In addition, I tried to call the service support but it's fully German unfortunately for me, I managed to get through the robot but the dialogue was impossible, my German is too poor, and impossible to get in touch with someone who speak english.

please send me a PN with your mobile phone number and the info if you can access the house amplifier.

On your connection you can see the frequency changes and the aborts. A technician must look at this on site.

the house amplifier is usually located in the basement or in the attic.

When I look at your picture, I assume it's in the basement.

Can you possibly check with your landlord or janitor?
