Please can someone help. My German is not good enough to use the helpline and I am struggling with my internet. . I moved to Vodafone yesterday and have followed all the steps but the internet is not set up and will not connect
I went online added the mic modem code and it kept coming up with a fault and to retry
now I can’t get on Internet at all and the fault keeps showing in the picture
any help would be great.

Yes it’s fiber optic but I can’t get on the Internet or anything? When I go to join the WiFi that message comes up

is the Fritzbox directly connected via fiber optic cable?
