Hello! I just moved to the new apartment and got my cabel modem. After setting it up according to instructions few times I still can't connect to internet. The power/ vonnection cabel keeps blinking and eventually there is red light under info. I have to data ports and tried connecting to both but neither of them seems to be resulting in connection.

that means there is no signal from the outlet

 

contact support an tell them that selfinstall has failed

Hey! Thanks for your answer. I did try Tobi service as well as a call (one that Tobi assistant directed me to), I can do basic German) as well as I left message on WhatsApp but no answer so far.

Ok, great. Thanks for your replay. Is there a particular number that I could also ring in order to get faster response. It can be through German.
