Technical Issue and wrong billing

Hello,

 

It has been over a month now and Vodafone is unable to fix my technical issue. They keep giving me appointments and the service is rediculous. I have a contract for 50 Mbps DSL however the speed I get is only 4 Mbps, I cant even browse Youtube videos with this rediculously slow speed. If I ask to speak to a english operator they cut my call.

I have paid 19.99 EUR this month for absolutely no service provided as per my contract. Also last time they charged me 59 EUR for a technician visit to my place when the technician didn't even arrive while I was waiting. This is clearly illegal and blatant violation of customers.

How do I contact the head or manager of Vodafone?

There are two possibilities:

 

  1. You can wait here patientially until a moderator has the time to check your post and possibly offer his/her assistance.
  2. You can use the contact form to issue a written statement.

However, please settle for one of the two possibilities only and not both of them.  It doesn't accelerate the dealing with the complaint if you multiply it via different entry channels.

 

 

And just on a side note:  You should be rather careful to accuse anyone of an illegal action unless you have full proof that the action was deliberately taken and intended to be unlawful.  Otherwise you just acted illegal yourself under German Laws and could become prosecuted for that sort of comment if someone wanted to do you bad.
