Hello,
Sorry, I am writing this in English, my German is not good.
I just created an order to signup for a cable internet contract. After it, I realized that I put the wrong billing address, I have already moved out from that address, so I won't be able to receive any welcome letter with contract details. I don't have a customer number, as well as I don't have an order number. I just received an email "Ihre Bestellung bei Vodafone" with order details. Can you please let me know how I can update the billing address of the order (before it is processed)?
