Recently I moved to a new apartment. Vodafone was not able to move my internet because they are saying they have a technical problem before German Telekom wants to upgrade the line. They were telling me the upgrade might be finished by the beginning of December. It was Ok......then I asked them whether they could provide me with extra phone data in order for me to be able to work at home. I had to ask them more than 5 times to get the extra phone data. Then several days ago, I received an email from Vodafone saying that they have decided to terminate my contract because of the technical issue. What a xxx company!!! they abandon customer easily. I don't understand what kind of loss they would have to provide me with some extra phone data while waiting for the *** German telekom to update the line (what a ***ty company....how long it needs to update the *** line.....several years???).....I had stayed in several countries, honestly, I was surprised by Vodafone.... the company behaves like a xxx little businessman. So they put me in a dilemma, and in the email, they said they would send me the bill. *** Vodafone.
Edit: If I were you, I would refrain from using any more insulting, obscene or derogatory vocabulary (the *** was caught by the automatic filter, the xxx was removed by me additionally). Not sure if you are aware of the possibly legal consequences the use of especially the latter one may have for you under German jurisdiction. But I am pretty sure you are not too keen to find out.
