To do so, simply add your DSL or cable internet contract to MyVodafone. For your DSL contract, you'll need your registration code, and for cable internet, you'll need your activation code. Lost Registration Code: Adding Your DSL Contract to MyVodafone
Do you want to add your DSL contract to MyVodafone? Then you’ll need your registration code. Can’t find it anymore? You can request a new code.
How to get your new registration code:
- Open vodafone.de
- Click on MyVodafone in the top right corner
- Under Login, click on Register Now
- Click on the middle tile, then select "With Your Contract Documents"
- Select DSL, Fiber Optic, LTE Home Products
- Click on "Request Online Registration Code Now"
- Enter your DSL customer number. You can find this number on your contract—check the email with the subject "Your Mail from Vodafone." Your customer number is in the subject line or on your bill.
- Enter your registered mobile number
- Click on "Request Now"
- Done! You will receive your online registration code via SMS.
Adding your DSL Contract:
- Open vodafone.de
- Click on MyVodafone in the top right corner
- Under Login, click on Register Now
- Click on the middle tile and select "With Your Contract Documents"
- Select DSL, Fiber Optic, LTE Home Products
- Enter your online registration code
- Click on Next and follow the steps
- Done! Now you can manage your contract with MyVodafone.
Lost Activation Code: Adding Your Cable Internet Contract to MyVodafone
Are you using internet, landline, or TV via cable? To add your contract to MyVodafone, you’ll need your activation code. Important: You can only use an activation code issued after October 18, 2023. Is your code older? Then you can request a new activation code.
How to get your new activation code:
- Open vodafone.de
- Click on MyVodafone in the top right corner
- Under Login, click on Register Now
- Click on the middle tile and select "With Your Contract Documents"
- Then select Cable Products (except in NRW, BW, and Hesse)
- Click on "Don’t have an activation code? Or is it no longer valid? Just click here and request a new code."
- Enter your Vodafone Germany customer number (formerly Kabel Deutschland)
- Enter the security code
- Done! We will send your new code by mail within 5 days.
Adding your Cable Internet Contract & GigaTV Net (except in NRW, BW, and Hesse):
- Open vodafone.de
- Click on MyVodafone in the top right corner
- Under Login, click on Register Now
- Click on the middle tile and select "With Your Contract Documents"
- Then select Cable Products (except in NRW, BW, and Hesse)
- Enter your customer number and activation code. You can find both on your contract and on your bill.
- Click on Next and follow the steps
- Done! Now you can manage your contract with MyVodafone.
Adding your Cable Internet Contract in NRW, BW, and Hesse:
- Open vodafone.de
- Click on MyVodafone in the top right corner
- Under Login, click on Register Now
- Click on the middle tile and select "With Your Contract Documents"
- Select Cable Products only in NRW, BW, and Hesse
- Now enter your state, customer number, and the new activation code
- Click on Next and follow the steps
- Done! Now you can manage your contract with MyVodafone.
