Hi,
I have an Internet cable contract since november 1st 2024 , I need to check my invoice and for that I need to add my contract in the online portal. But Its asking for activation code. I have not received any code with my router or contract welcome letters. I have been requesting vodafone to send the activation code by mail/post since 18th november , but nothing is being sent. I tried your whatsapp service but its of no help. Could the service team please reach out over private message or chat. This has been really tiring reaching out again and again for the activation code and no response being sent.
Please help asap

We do not offer customer support here via the Community. What has come out of WhatsApp? The colleagues can actually send you a new activation code.
