Hi, so i have a problem that i called vodafone 3 times in last 3 weeks or more, for a new router to be send because mine is broken no lights on it are lit up, sometimes it works but maybe for an hour once in a while. For all that times i called every time the respond was the same "my colleage made a mistake i will fix that, your new router should be send in about 2-3 days". And silience. No emails, exept that my ticket got renewed, but still "in arbeit". So what can i do? I'm paying over 50 euro for NO internet and renting not working router... i sure will change the company when the contract is over but for now i want to have what i'm paying for.
