Router Vodafone Station TG6442VF

I'm struggling with this router for 3 days, the first time it turned on, power and wifi led white light and just the internet led was blinking twice , and now is only the power LED lit and the rest off, I tried to reset it but it seems that nothing works

when the Internet LED was blinking twice I thought it was faulty socket and I replaced it with a new one, but maybe a technical need to connect it to the central panel?

Has the LED ever lit up continuously?
If not, the support team will need to take a closer look.

No . Power led is white static like in photo and so far only the power LED is active , I think it is defective because it does not start and wifi and internet led are null only when I start it works for 2 seconds, if I meet vodafone shop tomorrow to return it is possible?
