Willkommen in der Vodafone Community
I use vodfone internet service, speed up to 200 mbps. However, this reduces up to 20 mbps at night.
I have already ordered this month ago, and one customer service has a problem for the regional cable and will fix it until July. In daytime, there is no problem and only dinner times have this problem.
BUT, the problem still exists and continues, even now on October !!!
I pay for the 200mbps, NOT for the 200mbps. You should fix it as soon as possible and repay for this.
The problem started from the March and continues for 6 months. My money is for the 200 mbps!

unfortunately, the construction work will be delayed until may 2019, i can't change that. If you like, i'll pass the contribution on to my colleagues from complaint management.
