I applied for a new contract with Vodafone on August 5, 2025 for my connection in 70499 Stuttgart . The router was delivered on August 8, 2025 , and according to the contract, the activation date was scheduled for August 11, 2025 .
Since the delivery, I have been able to connect to the Wi-Fi (both the Wi-Fi and Internet lights are on), but there is no actual internet connection. Multiple restarts, router resets, and port changes have not resolved the issue.
I have tried to contact the customer hotline several times. Either the call did not go through, or no solution was provided. A promised callback after visiting a Vodafone store also never happened. As I work from home, this outage is having a serious impact on my work. I therefore request that you immediately activate my connection or resolve the fault without delay. Alternatively, I request an immediate provision of a temporary solution
