Our internet doens't work because Vodafone can not provide Cable service in our home.
I must request contract termination but phone is always no answer..
and when I connnected to call, they always say. they will check it....that's all.
and ticket reqeust is alwasy erro. Should I contac to my laywer and ask him to write post???

normally a technician comes and when he determines that the internet is not possible, the contract will be terminated by the provider.
was a technician in your house? And what did he tell you?
