Good afternoon,
I just installed internet with Vodafone and the wireless connection isn't working.
First, the networf appeared among the available network but when connecting with the password I couldn't surf the internet since I received a message saying "No internet connection", even if it was apparently connected.
Then I tried to unplug the electricity and the network doesn't appear anymore as available, however the ethernet connection works.
Do you know which can be the issue? Many thanks in advance!

I can gladly take a look at the connection. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
