Constant interruptions in DSL internet

Hello, I am having problems with my internet fairly consistently over the past few months. I have called the hotline but none of the options are in English and when I do manage to get through, none of the workers seem to be able to speak English either. I have tried going into my local Vodafone shop but they either can't or do not want to speak English either. 

I have been using the Wi-Fi 6 router for about a year now and I'm not sure if the problem is my router or my wall connection. I will restart my router and my computer (ethernet connected, not using Wi-Fi for my desktop computer) and many times I will not have internet for an entire day. 

All I want is for an English speaking technician to come to my apartment in Wiesbaden and check the router for a replacement or check the wall connection for issues. It is an older building so that might be a problem.
