Hello, sorry but I only speak a little bit of German.
So I ordered a Vodafone station 1000mbs in May of the last year and since then I have a much lower internet speed than the one Im supposed to pay for. I will leave some screenshots below. Since then the only time the speed was actually good it was in August. Online games are unplayable, live calls via Messenger/Skype or whatever are simply trash. I already knew that it was really hard to reach the 1000mbs but having only 40 to 150 mbs and a unstable ping from 60 to 200 is only 10% from what Im paying for. I hope you can help me to solve this problem.

Thank you for your answer, I will post you a screenshot of how fast my internet is right now. Please note that the ping in speedtest is acually wrong, if I check it thru cmd (ping google.de -t) it is above 1000, how the hell am I supposed to make a live call meeting tomorrow? I mean it is not your fault and you are just customer service but is there really no way to solve this somehow at least meanwhile? 50% off at least is ok but this is just unbelievable. how can it be so bad?

Hello again guys,
So basically the situation hasnt canged and it only got worse, yesterday I recieved a message from you which says that "Unsere Arbeiten sind abgeschlossen" and that was just too much. Even though I asked you to have a credit for all this time that you were not providing the service i was acutally paying for, I still payed the full amount the last 2 months. Im making a screenshot of a speedtest everyday because I would like to make a Kündigung at the end of this month. I will post a screenshot from today below, just to show you "was für eine wunderbare Arbeit habt ihr gemacht, sehr dankbar das es endlich abgeschlossen ist".

there is no overload at the moment. Please try to do a speedtest over a LAN-connection.

Hello Marco,
All the tests that Ive done are all through a Lan-connection, as I said multiple times already. Please tell me what could be the solution for this. Switching to a Dsl connection seems to be the only solution here. Please do something about it instead of coming up with excuses everytime and please set up a credit for me for all this time that I ve been paying the full amount and getting 10% or less of it.
