Hello, sorry but I only speak a little bit of German.
So I ordered a Vodafone station 1000mbs in May of the last year and since then I have a much lower internet speed than the one Im supposed to pay for. I will leave some screenshots below. Since then the only time the speed was actually good it was in August. Online games are unplayable, live calls via Messenger/Skype or whatever are simply trash. I already knew that it was really hard to reach the 1000mbs but having only 40 to 150 mbs and a unstable ping from 60 to 200 is only 10% from what Im paying for. I hope you can help me to solve this problem.

Im really sorry but I havent recieved any calls, I think there was something wrong with my phone. I have recieved an SMS from 03069209546 that says in order to make an appointment I have to call them. I did call them but they told me that "Ihre Auftrag ist zurückgekommen" and I have to talk with Vodafone once again. Could you please make another Auftrag for me? Im really sorry for this.

this can happen. I have just recreated the order and sent it again to the technicians. You should also receive another SMS with the new order number.

Yes, that was the 1st time ever that I saw my speed being so high, cause I did a test at 2am and nobody was using internet in my street probably. Anyway now it is back to normal high ping and low speed as usual, nothing to be worried about. Check the screenshot of my ping and my speed below. I will send you a Kündigung tomorrow, thank you for your help, your service is truly amazing.

As I said many times before, all the speedtests that I did were always via LAN. The disturbances are always there, Im not at home the whole day to make speedtests every five minutes but I think it happens more on evenings. I mean the connection s speed is always *** but even more in the evening. That being said I made a speedtest the other night at 3am and I had 700 ping, 8mbps download and 0,5 upload. Can someone finally do something about it? You sent the technician but he just told me everything what I already knew, the connection is basically ***. He suggested that switching to DSL would be a reasonable solution, something I told you like an year ago.
I mean do you just want to keep scamming me untill I write a Kündigung? Please guys, I know you can do it. I would be really greatfull if you will not reply again with some copy/pasted *** just to waste time and finally give me a reasonable solution.
