Vodafone Station low speed and high/unstable ping

Hello, sorry but I only speak a little bit of German.

So I ordered a Vodafone station 1000mbs in May of the last year and since then I have a much lower internet speed than the one Im supposed to pay for. I will leave some screenshots below. Since then the only time the speed was actually good it was in August. Online games are unplayable, live calls via Messenger/Skype or whatever are simply trash. I already knew that it was really hard to reach the 1000mbs but having only 40 to 150 mbs and a unstable ping from 60 to 200 is only 10% from what Im paying for. I hope you can help me to solve this problem.

There is currently a return path fault again in the connection area and this is responsible for the poor connection and the upload drops. Our technicians are already isolating the fault and fixing it.
