Its happening around 3 months at least twice per week but since yesterday happening non stop, connects and after 10~15 minutes will disconnect for around 30 minutes
Definitely I called support team but as all of you know they don't speak English!!! Only gave me some numbers for English technical support and of course again you clearly know none of those phone numbers not working! only today I gave more than 10 numbers and still no results
anyway I already reset router, tried to follow Tobi steps, kept router off more than 2 hours, tested new cables and still don't have internet
If you have any idea I appreciate if share here

Hello hb2544,
do the disconnects happen via ethernet connection as well? Please check the hints for WiFi improvement. If the hotline couldn't help you so far you can contact our social channels in English.
