Hello, today we received our modem and completed the setup. The internet light has been flashing red for 2 hours. We called Vodafone support, but couldn't get past the automated system because we cant speak and understand German. We need to access the internet as soon as possible since we work from home. Please help us. Thank you very much.

@meri006 Please remove the cable between the cable that comes out of the wall and connect the Vodafone station directly there... then please get in touch if you have done this and you still need further help.
