I recently ordered Vodafone’s cable internet for self-installation in Bonn, but I haven’t received an activation code yet on my email. Without it, I’m unable to link the contract to my Vodafone account.
Could you please guide me on how to obtain the activation code? Should I contact customer service directly, or is there a way to retrieve it online?
Also I have jitters when playing Counter Strike 2, especially on evenings. One solution I found on internet to switch to dual stack. How can I do that?

Which connection do you use when gaming, cable or wifi?
Did you already do a speedtest?

I have ordered activation code about a week ago but did not get anything.
I am using LAN cable to connect router to my PC. I have tried speed test but it only shows average ping, while my issue is occasional jitters. It shows up on Counter Strike's integrated network jitter/misdelivery graph and only upload is affected. I have the same issue with EA FC 25 so it can not be CS2 issue.
