Vodafone New connection leads to interference in the Network

Hi,

I have recently subsrcibed for Vodafone GigaCable100, received the modem, installed and had internet successfully.

I now received an SMS that, " Hallo Nischay Ravi Hebbal, Dein Anschluss führt zu Störungen in unserem Netz. Wir müssen ihn umgehend warten. Das übernimmt kostenlos unser Partner Cableway AG. Er vereinbart dazu einen Termin mit Dir. Deine Auftragsnr. ist die xxxxxxxxx. Freundliche Grüße, Dein Vodafone-Team". 

I tried to set-up an appointment but unable to reach a representative since 2 days. I receive call back but cannot here anybody on the line.

 

How must I proceed, Kindly help.
