Hi everybody.

I have recently switched to Vodafone for my home wifi plan.

As soon as I received the router, I started noticing that it automatically reboots for no reason, multiple times per day, making the connection unreliable and unsuitable for working from home.

I saw that many other users had a similar experience, and followed some of the proposed fixes (e.g. disable band steering, turning off the firewall, resetting the firmware...), but nothing seems to work.

How can I proceed?

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp 

The forum is now just a customer helping customer forum.

Hi Kurtler.

Unfortunately, the support via WhatsApp uses Tobi, which is unable to answer any of my requests.

I tried contacting Vodafone in multiple ways, but it seems impossible to obtain help (especially in English).

Can anybody help me?

I'm sorry you're having trouble to contact us in English.

 

WhatsApp is still the best way to comunicate with us. Pls use a translator for the questions TOBi is asking. 🙏
