Hello everyone and first of all, sorry but I don't speak German.
I signed a new contract with Vodafone and after received the router I had set up everything as instructed using the VodafoneStation, but I had no internet.
For internet connection on the router, the red dot was blinking all the time but could not find the internet. DOCSIS was also offline.
I tried to turn off the router and followed all the instructions but nothing worked, maybe is something related to the apartment, I dont know.
I also tried to call to vodafone hotline but no one speaks English, could someone help me please?
I need some technician visit to solve.
