I want to cancel my Vodafone internet connection after serving minimum 2 years terms which is going to end on 08/15/2024. I also moving out of the country permanently during that time. I have tried calling customer care but I didn't get much help. I have also sent email to kundenservice@unitymedia.de but not much help.
Therefore, I am writing here to know the process about the cancellation of the contract. Please suggest,
