Moving my internet within Berlin

Good afternoon, 

 

I have moved to a new address; and when I checked online it showed that Vodafone can provide internet. Hence, I went to Vodafone shop to request the change of address and someone from the company was supposed to come on 15 July to check the setting at the new address. However, no one came! I emailed the Vodafone shop and I got no reply, and now I am using my phone internet for the past days!
