Hi,
I am trying to transfer my internet connection from my old house to my new house. I went to store last week on thursday (02/01/25) to put in my new address. The move is within the city itself in NRW. It's been 7 days and I haven't heard anything from Vodafone. I am really tensed here, I cannot reach my family as my mobile data is also over. Please help! The internet is really crucial to me!
Point to be noted - In my previous house, there was no internet connection, nothing was resolved even after complaints etc. But I have o idea when I will be getting internet in my new home!
