We have cable internet that has had very, very frequent disconnection since the start of the service. Its almost impossible to reach a customer service, takes about an hour on a call to reach someone. the person would open a ticket and the technical team would close it without doing anything. Terminating the contract is also next to impossible as person at the other end would just transfer the call again to the Technical team. and again the same loop.
How can the service be that terrible in the middle of the city? they are never late deduct the money. I am a very very frustrated customer.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
