Slow internet after upgrade to 1GB

Ich habe ein Problem mit meiner Internetverbindung. Vor 50 MB und vor zwei Tagen änderte ich meinen Zoll auf 1 gb, aber die Verbindung wurde sehr langsam. Jetzt ist es ständig auf und ab. Es geht auf 30 MB und dann auf 5 oder 6 ab. Das ist das Verhalten des ganzen Tages. Es ist nicht stabil. Können Sie dieses Problem bitte lösen, da ich von zu Hause aus arbeite und meine Verbindung stabil sein muss? Ich habe die Kundendienstleistungen mehrmals angerufen, aber da es alles auf Deutsch ist, verstehe ich sie nicht. Danke im Voraus.

I have connected my laptop to Lan, and the results wern't satisfactory. The connection keeps disconnecting and coming back all the time. I attach speedtest done with Lan. Maybe we can give it a try with a new modem?

Another thing I noticed is whenever connecting to a website, it always comes empty the first time and I have to reload it 3 or 4 times before it works. Also login to apps doesn't work the first time, sometimes I have to login with 4g instead.

I received the new modem two days ago. The first day it worked fine. However, since yesterday it started to crash from time to time. In 3 or 4 times I found no connection and when checking the router I found it switched off ! So the issues continue. I was expecting a brand new router but unfortunately the one you sent me was already in use and maybe had issues and was repaired! I'm thinking of canceling this contract coz I'm really fed up with this issue! I repeat with my first tariff 50MB all was fine! The issues started only when I switched off to 1GB. I think you need to check from your side because sometimes it works great then it starts to go up and down!

I attach the new speed test done sinec I got the new router and the event log. Let know if you need further info.

Thanks. I think now it's better than before, at leat there no more ups and downs. However, there's still an issue with the router as it switchs off randomly. Maybe I should have kept the old router but I already sent it back to you. So I need a new modem please (Not a used one like this one:). Another thing, with the speedtest I always get between 250 to 300. Is that ok? With the previous 50 mb contract, I always got 50 to 54 mb.

It is quite possible that even used but refurbished devices go out. We can not guarantee that it is a new router.
