No solution for a interrupted internet connection after move for almost one week

I've scheduled everything for the move to the new address and it was confirmed by Telekom technician that everything was ready. However, when I received the new modem and guidance email from Vodafone, it doesn't work at all after following the guidance. I called the service but no one is willing to help me in English. After logging a ticket Monday, it still doesn't help resolve the issue at all even my colleagues helped me make a few calls in German. I don't know what is happening there and how Vodafone can ensure my problem will be resolved soon. Without internet at new apartment for a week is not acceptable at all. I have to use my mobile data all the time. It's quite annoying. 

It was supposed to work on 22.11.2024.

does the Fritzbox receive a signal?

SFP Module is integrated by default. I don't need to do it myself. The Power/Internet light is always blinking which indicates no internet connection. I also did it exactly as the guidance in the email. Not helpful at all.

Yes, indeed. But the worst thing is Vodafone is expecting me to always be in the apartment whenever they called. However, how could this be possible without an internet? I need to work with the internet and they can't tell when exactly they will call me. Their technician doesn't accept English speaking either which is kind of surprised for me... Working with Vodafone is so difficult and this is the worst experience I had with different internet venders.
