Hi
I have moved within Hamburg and Vodafone has shifted the internet to my new address. I also got message that you have connection at your new address. But when I try to connect I get a message "no internet connect", this is for all device. Also the internet light flashes in Red.
Hope you will be able to resolve this soon as I need it for my office works.

Did you reset the router after moving? also as Kurt said - ping the support via WA
